D. Plump Consulting produced the 12th Annual Denim, Diamonds & Stars on Sunday, October 22, 2017, at Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village, CA.

The star-studded event benefited underserved children with autism. Attendees included some of Hollywood's most recognizable celebrities, families impacted by autism, and the general community.

It was truly an evening of ACTion featuring red carpet arrivals with national press, VIP cocktail reception, silent and live auctions, live entertainment, a 3-course seated dinner by award-winning chefs, and an inspiring program celebrating our accomplishments and a focus on the future, outlining a bold new destiny, while celebrating the 2017 honorees Olivia Newton-John, Shervin Roohparvar, Kimberly Hebert Gregory, Lily Hessami and Dr. Anna D. Guanche.

The 13th Annual HGF Awards Gala, chaired by world-renowned endocrinologist Dr. Ron Rosenfeld, featured red carpet arrivals, a hosted cocktail reception, live entertainment, a silent auction, a seated 3-course gourmet dinner program and special tributes to the 2017 honorees Dr. Peter Lee (Lifetime Achievement) and Dr. Jan-Maarten Wit (Visionary). 

More than 300 people attended the event including celebrities, pediatric endocrinologists, nurses, and other healthcare providers from across the country and overseas. Funds raised through this charitable event allow HGF national, nonprofit organization to continue providing research, education, patient support and patient advocacy for children with disorders of growth.

The event was co-hosted by actor/comedian Mark Christopher Lawrence ("Pitch", "Glee", and "Chuck") and 6-year old actress/model Mychal-Bella Bowman ("The Haves and the Have Nots"). Motivational speakers included Amy Hansen, actress/dancer Ava Cantrell, and social media star Brooke Liz. The event increased awareness of childhood growth disorders, early diagnosis, and treatment.

The funds we raise through this event will allow the nonprofit to continue providing education, patient support, and patient advocacy.

Walk for Kids' Growth included a 3-mile fun walk kicked off with a warm up by physical therapist Judy Wang, empowerment speeches, free food and beverages, carnival games, face painting, celebrity meet & greet, free therapeutic massages, and live entertainment by Will Ovid with headliner AJ Lehrman.
